I am Aaron. I was born in Austria right in the middle of the 90s and raised in Mexico City. Here, I became an urbanite: I fell in love with the city, both its beauty and its wickedness. Eventually, I came back to Europe to study architecture.

To imagine architecture is pure joy, but to implement it is authentic struggle, too. Construction inherently, and increasingly, equates destruction. Architects have to find new ways to build, to re-build, to un-build − the reshaping of the environment brings social, political and material responsabilities with it that often transcend our very self. In a world of ever faster changing ideas, concrete remains.

And still: architecture is worthless without the people that bring it to life. Not a drawing, not a construction site nor a building, but the envelope that contains and moulds human existence.
